Fated Stars & Cruel Tyrants
Heavenly Bodies was a pleasure to read. Have you ever felt honored to read a book? Cause that’s how I felt reading it. It’s a story that sticks with you, it buries itself deep in your soul, and heals something within you. I wish that I read Heavenly Bodies sooner!

Forgotten Heirs & Political Intrigue
Curse of Shadows & Thorns took a bit to get into; the first 200 pages were mostly focused on world-building, the romance, and courtly intrigue. The action picked up towards the end, and since it was such a quick read, I’m excited to see the plot develops over the next 5 books.

Shadows & One Hot Nightmare
Sweet Nightmare’s plot and lore were interesting… Think The Originals meets The Shadow Court of ACOTAR. It left so many unanswered questions! It is a series, so fortunately, that’s not a con of this book. What happened to Clementine’s mother? How is Henri? Why was he imprisoned? I’m ready for book 2, please.

Blood Magic & Pretty Moths
I wasn’t expecting this book to grab me by the collar and coax me in. The climax broke me, and the ending shattered me. The plot was filled with courtly intrigue, goose chases, illusions, magic, and forbidden romance. I ate it up and now I may have a book hangover.

19th Century Egypt & Ancient Magic
What The River Knows was everything I wanted and more. If you’re craving the vibe from the movie The Mummy, this book is for you. The action kept me on my toes, the twists and turns of trying to figure out who to trust kept me reading. Still reeling at the ending!
